ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY TRANSPORTATION- Best practices in Green Traffic
Within the Interreg-project PROMIDNORD, that contains representatives from the middleparts of Sweden, Norway and Finland, an information booklet about best practices withingreen transportation was made during the summer of 2006. The booklet contains five subjects under the transportation area. A couple of examples, from each area, on already existing projects have been illustrated.The containing areas are transportation with biofuel, driving with ethanol and trying to reach
the goals of 2003/30/EG, biking and ways to get more people to start biking, car sharing and
Ecodriving or economical driving.
The goal with this booklet is to spread information about environmentally friendly ways for
transportation and to connect people going in to a project with people that already have gone
through the same type of questions.
